Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Client Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Coordinate and oversee printing projects from quote, concept and completion, ensuring adherence to client specifications
- Work with owner to develop skills in price quoting and client service
- Manage prepress processes, including layout design, color management, and typography adjustments for optimal print quality
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing and preparing artwork files for production
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process, including flexo press operations and CNC machining
- Assist with print advertising campaigns by developing layouts and ensuring accurate color reproduction
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all stages of production, including machining and other equipment use
Skills
- Friendly, curious, and a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience with layout design and print advertising strategies
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality assurance tasks
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
