Role Description This full-time, on-site Graphic Designer/Print Production role is based in Norcross, GA. The Graphic Designer/Print Production team member will create and prepare print-ready artwork for a variety of materials, including business cards, brochures, banners, signage, branded apparel, and promotional items. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with customers and internal team members to understand project requirements, developing design concepts, refining layouts, and ensuring files meet technical specifications for printing. The role also involves handling pre-press tasks, performing quality checks on proofs and final output, and coordinating with print equipment operators to ensure accurate color, layout, and finishing. The team member will maintain organized project files, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and uphold Minuteman Press brand and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for print, with strong skills using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating or updating visual identities across multiple print formats.
- Strong understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with attention to readability and brand consistency.
- Knowledge of print production processes, including pre-press, color management, file preparation, and print finishing techniques.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Norcross, GA, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and provide creative, practical design solutions.
- Prior experience in a print shop, marketing agency, or similar production environment is preferred; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
