RBS Custom Tees is an established custom print shop serving the Hiram community for over five years, with a brick-and-mortar location open for the past year. We provide high-quality apparel and printing services and are looking for a dependable team member who wants stability and long-term growth.
Position Overview
The Print production associate supports customer service, shop organization, emails. and production tasks and order processing. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.
Pay Structure
Base Pay: $9.00/hr after 90 days completion raise based on performance review.
Duties include:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Light cleaning and shop upkeep
- Organizing apparel and supplies
- order completion
- Shirt pressing
- DTF print and or preparation
- Basic artwork adjustments

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer phone calls
- Organize and prepare orders
- Maintain a clean and professional shop
- shirt pressing and production (training provided)
- Answer phone and emails
- process orders
- Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation and punctual
- Positive, teachable attitude
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable standing for periods of time
- Professional communication skills
- Familiarity with photo shop ,graphic design software ( Not required but preferred)
Customer service experience preferred, Shop Training provided.
