Graphic Designer/Customer Service/Production Position

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong customer service skills to join our creative team. This role involves developing visually compelling designs across various mediums, managing client interactions, and supporting production processes. Duties

• Create and develop innovative visual designs for branding, marketing materials, signage, and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma and Sketch
• Design logos, motion graphics, UI/UX layouts, and web graphics utilizing skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems
• Produce high-quality digital art, photo manipulation, and sign manufacturing designs with attention to color management and typography principles
• Edit videos and create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance multimedia presentations
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and deadlines
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, presenting design concepts effectively, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Support production processes including layout design for print advertising and sign manufacturing

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, digital art, and visual design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, InVision, CorelDRAW, Sketch, and Figma
• Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress is preferred
• Strong understanding of art direction, color theory, typography, layout design, and print advertising techniques
• Skills in motion graphics creation and video editing are highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members
• Experience in sign manufacturing or production design is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
