What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Sales Representative / Press Operator position at Minuteman Press?
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Press Operator to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and has a passion for helping others bring there prints to life with print production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Collaborate with customers to understand project needs, timelines, and provide accurate quotes
- Prepare artwork and files for print using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Operate digital press equipment and perform finishing tasks as needed
- Maintain records and job tracking using CRM software
- Assist with other print shop tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Background in graphic design (no college degree required)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (not required)
- Comfortable with computer tasks, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 32 per week
