We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise. We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients.
- Experience with the following Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Responsibility and strong attention to detail.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience with the following Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Knowledge of paper brands and types.
- Knowledge of print related products.
- Bilingual / Spanish speaking
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders.
- Drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
- Create Work orders, Quotes and process Invoices for client projects using our proprietary software, which you will be trained on.
- Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team.
- Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
