What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative Print Shop position at Minuteman Press?
Commercial print shop in Queen Creek, Arizona is looking for a customer service person. Our shops are fast paced and provide products and services primarily in a business-to-business capacity.
Required Skills:
-Excellent basic math and computer skills
-Superior customer service and problem solving skills
-Fast paced while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
-Experience communicating with customers and submitting files to vendors as well as understanding their requirements.
-Knowledge of digital printers such as Konica Minolta or Xerox and/or Offset Printing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Quoting / Estimating
- Work Ordering
- Invoicing
- Replying to client emails and answering phones
- Proactively seek to help commercial clients with all their printing
- Shifting focus to workflow bottlenecks
- Working closely in a team-oriented environment
- Assisting in the print production duties as needed
The person entering this position will also cross train in other areas of shop operations and small equipment and will be expected to occasionally assist other departments.
