Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise is seeking candidates with a Graphic Design background to work as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate for a position with our company will have proven professional customer service experience as well as a proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Illustrator. We require great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications required for consideration:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- High organizational competence with ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong Math Skills.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite; primarily InDesign and Illustrator.

Daily Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating courteously with clients via phone, email and in person to assist with their print or promotional products projects.
- Creating custom quotes, work orders and invoices using our proprietary software. (training provided)
- General typesetting and page layout of customer projects from business cards to banners.
- Preparing and pre-flighting of digital files, checking fonts, links, and colors, creating bleeds, crops, imposing art and exporting as PDF files.
- Reviewing job specifications from work orders and ensuring that client files are accurate, and the finished job exceeds customer expectations.
- Keep an organized digital file system, using our franchise process.
