Exciting things you get to do:

• Estimate time and media requirements; inform the production manager and/or client of any requests that can’t be met and give recommendations to fulfill client needs.
• Operate and maintain printers, scanners, and/or finishing equipment.
• Maintain media, substrate, ink, toner, bindery, and finishing inventory.
• QC printed and finished materials based on our high-quality standard.
• Package completed projects for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping.
• Organize work area to enhance productivity.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet client expectations.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Skills that you bring to the job:

• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Tech savvy – able to navigate new (and old) software with limited training.
• Basic math and measurement skills (metric and standard units)
• Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in digital color printing.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs, maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully ensuring no damage occurs when transferring between machines and/or during packaging.
• Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scale.
• A can-do attitude with a continuing need to self-improve by new skills and equipment.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associates of Arts Degree focusing on Graphic/Production Design and/or 2 years' equivalent experience in the color reprographics field using design and file/print editing software.
• Digital printing industry experience
