What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor position at Minute Men Staffing?
Minutemen Staffing is now hiring General Laborers for a local tooling manufacturing company.
Shift - 6am to 2pm Monday through Friday (weekends and overtime as needed)
Pay - $18 an hr. (pay is weekly)
Job Duties:
- Benching and polishing of molds
- De-bur and tap holes on mold/fixture frames
- Sand and apply wood sealer on pine shapes
- Laminate epoxy fiberglass shapes
- Trim fiberglass shapes to correct size
- Prep molds and fixtures for painting
- Assembly of molds and fixtures
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Able to work weekends and over time as needed
