We’re hiring Inside Sales Representatives for our Business Development Center located at our corporate HQ in Cleveland.
Inside Sales Representatives contact prospective clients through cold calling to generates new sales & revenue.

What do Inside Sales Representatives do?
- Prospect new business and handle the complete sales process from cold call, to contract, to ongoing client development.
- Speak with decision makers to present our staffing solutions.
- Daily cold calling (80-100 leads per day), conducting virtual meetings with potential clients, and proposing constructive solutions to fit the client’s wants/needs.
- Drive B2B staffing sales, new market prospecting, and communicating with prospective clients.
