Description
Our Payroll Human Capital Management Implementation Specialists help our clients move their payroll and HR plan into our state-of the-art online platform, UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready). You will be the key to gathering data and setting the road map to their onboarding success.
What You'll Do
As an HCM Implementation Specialist, you will use your knowledge of payroll and HR, along with knowledge of the online systems to help deliver results to our client companies. You will review clients’ current processes and procedures and apply efficiencies where necessary to better help complete payroll and manage their staff. Maintain data integrity and strong attention to detail. Excellent follow-up and analytical skills with a strong desire for results. Embody professionalism in all communications with all clients while building/ maintaining positive client rapport.
