Position Details
- Position: Physical Therapist
- Pay: $45-65 per hour
- Contract: November 2 – December 18
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Orientation: Flexible training available a few days prior to start
- Paid Holidays Off:
- Veterans Day (November 11)
- Thanksgiving Day (November 26)
- Day After Thanksgiving (November 27)

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
- Provide Direct Access Physical Therapy services
- Deliver ergonomic assessments and injury prevention education
- Partner with onsite clinical teams and workplace stakeholders to improve employee health and safety
- Document patient care using Epic EMR (preferred)
Qualifications
✔ Active Physical Therapist license
✔ Outpatient orthopedic experience required
✔ Experience treating work-related and musculoskeletal injuries
✔ Epic EMR experience preferred
✔ Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
