Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide unwavering support, empathy, and understanding to all patients.
- Administer therapeutic interventions and modalities to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Consider the patient's overall well-being, addressing not only physical but also emotional and psychological aspects.
- Stay current with the latest advances in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.
Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT preferred)
- New graduates welcome
Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
