Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and care, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Restock buffet stations and replenish supplies such as utensils, condiments, beverages, and food items throughout the shift.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and assist with special dietary requests or needs.
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to keep the area tidy and inviting.
• Follow all food handling safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while performing duties efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, meal presentation, and cleaning procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
• Experience in restaurant service or as a dietary aide enhances your suitability for this role.
