Entry Level Assistant Manager

Good managers don’t start out knowing how to manage everything. They learn how to communicate with a team, handle problems, stay organized, and make decisions when things don’t go exactly as planned.

Minnesota Sales Group is looking for an Entry Level Assistant Manager to work alongside our LeafGuard sales team in Minneapolis. You’ll spend time in the field, help keep the team organized, support customer conversations, and learn what goes into running a successful sales operation.

This is a hands-on position. You won’t be sitting behind a desk watching numbers all day. You’ll work alongside the team, help new representatives get comfortable in the field, assist with customer consultations, and step in wherever you can make the day run more smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Help coordinate daily activities for the field sales team.
• Work alongside representatives during customer outreach and consultations.
• Help new team members learn the basics of customer communication and the sales process.
• Answer questions, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and help keep the team moving.
• Monitor appointments, customer follow-ups, and daily activity.
• Communicate updates between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
• Help identify what is working in the field and where the team can improve.
• Support weekly goals while maintaining a positive and accountable team environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you become more comfortable in the role.
