About the Role
We are looking for an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a bachelor’s or associate degree who is looking to begin a career in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Enter customer orders, shipping information, and product data into internal systems
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and logistics records
- Process purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents
- Review data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update delivery information
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and customer service teams
- Assist with scheduling shipments and deliveries
- Follow up on orders and shipments to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
- Provide general administrative and data-entry support to the logistics team
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and learning new computer systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous logistics, administrative, customer service, or data-entry experience is a plus
