Position Responsibilities for the Home Services Consultant
- Introduce customers to LeafGuard home improvement products and services.
- Conduct professional product presentations and explain key features, benefits, and available options.
- Identify customer needs and provide recommendations based on their individual requirements.
- Generate qualified consultations through direct customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activity.
- Communicate with customers throughout the consultation process to ensure a consistent experience.
- Meet established activity, appointment, and performance objectives.
- Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and company procedures.
