What You'll Do
In this role, you will provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests, anticipating needs and responding with professionalism and discretion at all times. You will uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the locker room facilities, ensuring the environment consistently reflects the club's high expectations. This includes maintaining and replenishing amenities so they are always fully stocked, well-maintained, and aligned with a premium experience. You will take ownership of inventory management, proactively monitoring supplies to support seamless daily operations. Additionally, you will identify and implement enhancements that elevate the locker room experience, while recognizing opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising service quality.
