What You’ll Own
- Revenue growth, manage sales pipeline, and market expansion within the U.S. market.
- Execution and refinement of commercial strategy in partnership with the CCO
- Leadership and development of the sales and marketing function
- Key customer relationships and strategic accounts
- Forecast accuracy and performance reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver against established sales targets while leading high-stakes negotiations and closing activities.
- Identify and capture new market opportunities to expand Minitube’s footprint in the agriculture and life sciences segments.
- Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable growth strategies.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure seamless experience for our customers.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new commercial talent in coordination with HR.
Your Profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in agriculture, livestock, biotech, or technical product sales (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and drive accountability.
- Strong commercial instincts: pricing, negotiation, and deal strategy.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on execution roles.
- Travel: ~30-40% (domestic occasional international).
- On-site role with cross-functional exposure to operations and production.
- Passport required.
