Quality Manager

Minitube USA, Inc.
Verona, WI Full Time
POSTED ON 4/14/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/9/2026

We are seeking a driven and accountable Quality Manager to own and enforce our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

This role is ideal for a quality professional who is ready to step into a leadership position where they will drive compliance, challenge the status quo, and hold teams accountable to established processes and quality expectations. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure quality is not just supported—but consistently executed across the organization.

This position has visible impact and strong leadership backing, with the authority to escalate issues, enforce standards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enforce the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements across all departments
  • Hold teams accountable for adherence to documented processes, procedures, and quality standards
  • Lead internal audits and drive timely, effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Escalate nonconformance issues to leadership and ensure resolution is achieved and sustained
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify gaps, improve processes, and strengthen operational discipline
  • Monitor and report QMS performance metrics, including audit results, nonconformance trends, and corrective action effectiveness
  • Facilitate management review meetings, ensuring data-driven decision-making and follow-through on action items
  • Ensure inspection and verification processes (incoming, in-process, final) meet defined standards
  • Oversee calibration and control of monitoring and measuring equipment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve process reliability
  • Train, coach, and influence employees at all levels, including leading difficult conversations when standards are not met
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and consistently achieved

What Success Looks Like

  • QMS is consistently followed across departments—not bypassed
  • Corrective actions are closed on time and prevent recurrence
  • Internal and external audits are successful, with minimal findings
  • Quality issues are identified early, escalated appropriately, and resolved effectively
  • Teams demonstrate increased ownership of quality and process discipline

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Experience participating in or leading internal audits and corrective action processes

Preferred:

  • 3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or operations environment
  • Experience driving corrective actions across cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to audit preparation and external certification processes

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Confidence to hold others accountable and address noncompliance directly and professionally
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to balance collaboration with enforcement of standards
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on root cause and sustainable solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Persistence and follow-through to ensure issues are fully resolved—not just addressed temporarily

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Individuals who are comfortable challenging processes and behaviors that do not meet standards
  • Professionals who take ownership and follow through—even when it requires difficult conversations
  • Those who value structure, discipline, and continuous improvement—and expect the same from others
  • People who want to grow into a broader leadership role while making a measurable impact

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to own and shape the Quality Management System
  • Strong support from leadership to enforce standards and drive improvements
  • A collaborative environment that values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • A clear path to grow your leadership influence within the organization
