We are seeking a driven and accountable Quality Manager to own and enforce our Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and enforce the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements across all departments
- Hold teams accountable for adherence to documented processes, procedures, and quality standards
- Lead internal audits and drive timely, effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Escalate nonconformance issues to leadership and ensure resolution is achieved and sustained
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify gaps, improve processes, and strengthen operational discipline
- Monitor and report QMS performance metrics, including audit results, nonconformance trends, and corrective action effectiveness
- Facilitate management review meetings, ensuring data-driven decision-making and follow-through on action items
- Ensure inspection and verification processes (incoming, in-process, final) meet defined standards
- Oversee calibration and control of monitoring and measuring equipment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve process reliability
- Train, coach, and influence employees at all levels, including leading difficult conversations when standards are not met
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and consistently achieved

- Corrective actions are closed on time and prevent recurrence
- Internal and external audits are successful, with minimal findings
- Quality issues are identified early, escalated appropriately, and resolved effectively

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Experience participating in or leading internal audits and corrective action processes
Preferred:
- 3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or operations environment
- Experience driving corrective actions across cross-functional teams
- Exposure to audit preparation and external certification processes
