Vice President of Sales / Head of Sales – IT Services (Logistics & Transportation)
Location: Atlanta Metro (Hybrid) (Local to Atlanta ONLY)
Comp: $150K Base Commission | OTE $250K (Uncapped)

We’re entering our next growth phase and seeking a senior sales leader to build a scalable revenue engine.
Role Overview:
Partner with the CEO to:
· Build predictable pipeline
· Win mid-market & enterprise deals
· Establish repeatable sales processes
· Hire & develop sales talent
· Elevate market positioning
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership:
• Own new logo & expansion revenue
• Carry annual quota
• Build $3M–$5M qualified pipeline in year one
Sales Engine Creation:
• Design repeatable sales process
• Improve win rates & forecasting
• Define pricing & deal strategy
Enterprise Selling:
• Lead complex $250K–$2M deals
• Engage CIOs, CTOs & executives
• Negotiate MSAs/SOWs
Team Building:
• Hire & mentor SDRs/AEs
• Build performance culture
• Establish metrics & accountability
Required Experience
• 10–15 years B2B tech/IT services sales
• Closed $500K services deals
• Mid-market/enterprise experience
• Proven hunter; built pipeline from scratch
• Strong executive presence
Preferred
• Logistics/transportation tech exposure
• Growth-stage services experience
• Offshore delivery familiarity
• Cloud, data, AI, or digital engineering sales
Success Metrics (12–18 Months)
- Pipeline, revenue, deal size, cycle time, forecast accuracy, strategic accounts opened
Salary : $500,000
