Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the business, increase revenue, and achieve key strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, partners, and vendors.
- Identify new markets and product opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing and implementing new business initiatives.
- Assess customer needs and design solutions that effectively address those requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Create and implement marketing strategies that promote and differentiate the company’s products and services.
- Provide strategic insight and direction to the executive leadership team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with MS Office
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
