Job Description
The Document Control Specialist / Coordinator is responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining document templates and reports within internal applications. This role ensures document accuracy, accessibility, and consistency while collaborating with internal stakeholders and supporting reporting and system updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, modify, and develop document templates for publishing within internal applications
- Implement advanced document functionalities, including content controls (e.g., date pickers, dropdown menus, text fields), while maintaining accessibility standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, conduct reviews, and obtain approvals
- Test, validate, upload, configure, and manage documents within internal systems
- Serve as backup support for downloading reports and updating systems based on received files
- Distribute reports to internal users as required
- Compare reports across systems and update changes as needed
- Release reports in various formats based on defined conditions and ensure systems are updated accordingly
Pay: Up to $20.20 per hour
