Job Description
- Design, modify and develop various templates for publishing in an in-house proprietary application.
- Implement advanced functionalities, for example content controls (e.g. date pickers, dropdown menus, text fields and maintain accessibility)
- Collaborate with stakeholders for feedback, review, and approval.
- Test, validate, upload, configure, manage within the proprietary application.
- Serves as a back up to download reports from proprietary applications, update other proprietary application based on received files and send reports to various in-house users.
- Compare reports within applications and update changes.
- Release reports in various mediums based on specified conditions and updates applications.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred with Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS):
- Word Expert (MO-111 or MO-101) / desktop publishing with 1 yr of exp
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Word Expert (MO-111 or MO-101) with 2 Yrs of exp.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher)
- Proficient in creating documents/ templates adhering to document layout fundamentals, typography management, visual integration, testing/ troublesh
- Exceptional in proofreading to 100% accuracy, copyediting, template file management, accessibility design (e.g. Section 508 compliance), protection,
- Proficient in content management, moving documents/ templates into applications
- Advanced in Grammar and spelling and File and process management
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills and Ability to utilize various in-house applications
- Shift: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Lunch: 12-30 pm 1:00 pm (unpaid)
