Job Description
- General administrative/ processing forms / data entry.
- Familiar with PC's & laptops.
- Data entry into Oracle database Commercial Recording and Tax Registration.
- Microsoft Office- Outlook 2016 (would need email address setup).
- Equipment needed, PC &laptop. Programs needed Oracle Commercial Recording, Tax Reg, VPN, Outlook ( would need email address setup)
- Make authorized updates to online accounts. i.e. add/end eligibilities, update addresses. Put aside those that require higher level changes.
- Update business sales tax information application to a non-reporting status within the system.
- Update tax eligibility in application to add special eligibilities.
- Review submitted applications for approval.
- Enter approved applications in database.
- Mail approved documents to customer.
- Computer skills which include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel 3 years
- Ability to perform simple data entry 3years
- Must have high school diploma 4 Years
- Basic Computer skills, Good Communication and writing skills.
- Min High School Diploma 4 Years experience
- 35 hours
- 8:30am-4:30pm
- Lunch - 1/2 Hour (unpaid)
