Title : Production Support Engineer – Access Management (IAM Support/engineer )
Location : Mclean, VA/ Plano, TX
Role Overview
Provide production support for the enterprise Access Management platform. Responsible for incident identification, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth user access provisioning and application connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support IAM production environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (L2/L3 support)
- Investigate provisioning failures and connectivity issues
- Perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Production/Application Support
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ preferred)
- Strong SQL skills
- Working knowledge of Java
- Understanding of user access provisioning workflows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
