Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CMS Vault/Branch Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will support and manage cash operations across ATMs, branches, and vaults. You will be responsible for analyzing cash trends, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring continuity of cash flow during both planned and unplanned events. This position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operations, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement of forecasting tools and cash management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and understand cash transactions, policies, and procedures for ATMs, branches, and vaults.
- Utilize analytical tools, spreadsheets, and proprietary software to establish and maintain proper cash levels.
- Identify and implement cash reduction opportunities across the network.
- Collaborate with vault vendors, branch teams, and ATM stakeholders to drive operational improvements.
- Produce reports, graphs, and analysis to illustrate cash trends, variances, and performance.
- Analyze cash usage, trends, and forecasting accuracy to ensure uninterrupted cash availability.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to account for holidays, closures, and shifts in demand.
- Research and resolve Federal Reserve buy/sell issues.
- Provide immediate support during unscheduled events (e.g., weather) to ensure continuity of service.
- Manage new vault setup projects and vendor/vault assignments.
- Support or lead process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and training efforts.
- Present monthly metrics, trends, and performance reports to leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Bank, branch, ATM, or treasury management operations, including research and resolutions.
- Analytical tools and reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Military experience.
- Process improvement certifications (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, Business Process Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
