The Job
As a Financial Analyst at our fast-growing company, you'll play a critical role in establishing and managing our internal financial operations while supporting our amazing and creative employees. You won't just be working with numbers behind the scenes. You'll be front and center, building the financial foundation that helps our organization thrive with clarity and confidence.
You'll be responsible for creating robust budgeting systems from the ground up, building financial models and cash flow forecasts, and managing all accounting operations. Each day brings unique challenges and opportunities to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work that truly makes a difference in our financial operations and client success.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with financial forecasting and planning initiatives
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and accruals
Budget Development & Management
- Build comprehensive budgeting systems and processes from the ground up
- Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads
- Create monthly budget reports and variance analyses
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures
- Provide budget recommendations and strategic insights
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management
- Process and manage all accounts receivable transactions
- Handle accounts payable functions including vendor payments and invoice processing
- Maintain accurate records of all AR/AP activities
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software applications. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, or similar)
- Experience with building comprehensive financial models and maintaining budgets
- Monthly bank reconciliation, AR/AP, and year end closing processes
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
