Milwaukee Sales, a sales and customer acquisitions firm, is hiring a Customer Enrollment Representative to support customer outreach and enrollment efforts for AT&T Fiber services in the Milwaukee area. The Customer Enrollment Representative works directly with customers to explain available AT&T Fiber and wireless solutions, answer questions, and assist with service enrollments.
As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will receive training on AT&T Fiber products, pricing, and customer engagement strategies. The Customer Enrollment Representative helps customers understand available services, reviews plan options based on customer needs, and supports a positive enrollment experience from start to finish.
Role Responsibilities for the Customer Enrollment Representative
- Meet with customers to provide information about AT&T Fiber, wireless plans, and related services
- Assist customers with product questions, service options, and enrollment support
- Explain AT&T Fiber features, pricing, promotions, and service benefits clearly and professionally
- Help customers compare service options based on household usage, streaming, work-from-home needs, and connected devices
- Support customer enrollment activities while following company and client guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and follow-up communication
- Work collaboratively with team members and other Customer Enrollment Representatives to support daily goals
- Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction as a Customer Enrollment Representative
- Stay informed on current AT&T Fiber products, offers, and service updates
Qualities of the Customer Enrollment Representative
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields is helpful but not required

Pay: $49,435.30 - $59,534.99 per year
