Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing)

Compensation: $25–$30/hour quarterly bonus eligibility
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Overview
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, process orders, provide quotes, and assist the sales team in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers while ensuring accurate order entry and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status
- Process customer orders, quotes, and related documentation
- Support outside sales representatives with customer requests and overflow calls
- Manage 50 inbound B2B customer calls daily
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within ERP systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist with quote management and customer follow-up
Qualifications
- 3 years of customer service, sales support, or order entry experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience handling high-volume B2B customer interaction
- Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience
- High-volume data entry and order processing experience
- Professional phone presence and strong communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
