- Provide recommendations on menu items, upselling specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas by bussing tables efficiently and adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is essential.
