- Establish a relationship with customers, offering them a first-class shopping experience
- Guide customers through vehicle selection process by listening to their needs and matching them with the right product
- Present vehicle features, performance and benefits with confidence and clarity
- Offer knowledge throughout the car buying process and deliver customer’s vehicles upon completion,
- Maintain customer relationship through consistent follow-up
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, models, and financing options.
- Must have at least 1 – 2 years of Sales experience in the Automotive Industry
- A driven, outgoing attitude with strong work ethic that values positivity and eagerness to succeed
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Capable of handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Effective at managing time and multiple customers throughout the sales process.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems to track leads and sales.
- Willingness to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- A valid driver’s license is generally required for facilitating test drives.
