- Listen to customers’ concerns and provide guidance and knowledge by recommending services confidently and clearly; keep them informed throughout the service process and follow up post-service.
- Manage appointments and ensure the service process is stress-free
- Collaborate across teams by communicating with technicians and fellow advisors to ensure accurate timelines, cost estimates and service updates
- Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and integrity
- Offer logical diagnostics, maintenance packages and promotional specials and always conduct business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer while making a genuine effort to achieve all sales goals for maintenance services.
- Help the team meet monthly goals while always putting customer satisfaction first
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Automotive maintenance and repairs preferred
- Experience with DMS systems and service scheduling tools a plus
- Prior experience in automotive service or retail sales preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor—representing the Milton Martin Toyota brand with pride
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
