- Fulfills maintenance needs on each vehicle
- Execute multi-point vehicle inspections and tire rotations
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin)
- Completing top, middle, and bottom level services in line with dealership and factory standards
- Check and adjust tire pressure, lubricate moving vehicle parts
- Inspect vehicles for leaks or service issues and making maintenance recommendations based on MPI results
- Keep the shop area clean and organized
- Maintain accountability for dealership-owned tools and equipment
- Participating in all required Toyota and MMT training programs
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we will train the right person!
- Mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive service
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to provide excellent service.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all work is performed correctly and safely.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
