- Handle inbound calls quickly and professionally to assist customers and schedule service appointments
- Make outbound calls to follow up on recalls, ToyotaCare, loyalty rewards, extended warranties, and more
- Review service history to recommend additional services during appointment setting
- Stay current on promotions, service specials, recalls, and updates
- Operate CRM and DMS software confidently and efficiently
- Develop product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and service offerings
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional phone presence and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment
- Comfortable using customer service and scheduling software (CRM/DMS)
- Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic
- Bilingual is a plus!
