The role includes the development, implementation, and ongoing review of curriculum and course materials in the relevant disciplines.

For 2026–27, the school seeks candidates who can contribute to residential life programming, including living on campus and serving as a house parent. Strong candidates committed to living on campus may receive preference.
Base Salary: For the 2026–27 academic year, faculty salaries range from $50,000 to $120,000 annually. Placement within this range is determined by years of experience, in alignment with Milton Academy’s faculty salary scale, which is designed to ensure equitable pay progression.
Housing Stipend: Faculty members who reside off-campus will also receive an annual stipend of $13,000 (in 2026-27) in addition to the base salary listed above.
