Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records
- Support office operations by monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed
- Coordinate with management and staff to support daily workflow and office needs
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk, or office support role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
