Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating parts accurately and promptly.
- Maintain parts inventory by verifying stock, replenishing supplies, and organizing the parts department.
- Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to track orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to internal and external customers.
- Use computer systems to manage parts data and update inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area to promote efficiency and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in parts sales or inventory management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
