- Assist service technicians by identifying and supplying the correct parts quickly and accurately.
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
- Research parts using manufacturer catalogs and electronic parts systems.
- Process special orders and communicate expected delivery times.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking incoming shipments.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred.
- CDK Drive experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Ford base part numbers and Ford parts cataloging preferred but not required.
- Ford parts experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
