Compensation and Incentives
- Pay starting at $55.00 per flat-rate hour, depending on Ford certifications, experience, and skill level

- Motorhome/RV class A, B, B , C
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, transmissions, driveline components, electrical systems, emissions systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections, D.O.T. inspections
- Use Ford diagnostic equipment and factory service information
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Properly document diagnostic findings and completed repairs
- Communicate repair needs clearly with the service team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Previous diesel technician experience required
- Ford diesel and Power Stroke experience strongly preferred
- Ford certifications preferred
- Strong electrical and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- CDL is a plus but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
