As a Sales Associate / Product Knowledge Specialist at Classic Nissan in Sanford, North Carolina, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals for our dealership. - Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Conduct needs analysis to determine customer's vehicle preferences and budget
- Utilize product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
- Demonstrate vehicle functionality and assist with test drives
- Follow-up with customers to answer questions and address concerns
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers
- Stay up-to-date on new products and features, as well as automotive industry trends
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction ratings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record, clean background check and must pass drug screening test
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
