What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi-Rooftop F&I Director position at Mills Automotive Group?
F&I Director
We are seeking a high-performing F&I Director for four premier automotive brands under three rooftops.
This is an opportunity to lead a multi-brand platform with premium product lines and a growth-focused ownership group. We want growth minded individuals. There will be an opportunity to grow in the role based on production and alignment. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can drive profitability, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing F&I team across luxury and volume segments.
For a top performer, the upside here is straightforward. A growing group, more stores on the way, and a structure built to reward production without a ceiling. The more you build, the more this seat is worth.
The role requires relocation. For the right person that is an easy call, because opportunities that pay and grow like this one do not come around often.
If you produce at the top of this business and want a seat that pays accordingly, let's talk. The brands, the markets, and the numbers are the first conversation.
Position Overview
The F&I Director will be responsible for maximizing F&I profitability, maintaining strict compliance standards, developing F&I managers, and driving process consistency across all four rooftops. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, lender relationships, and a deep understanding of both luxury and import brand customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee F&I performance across Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, and Genesis
Drive PVR, product penetration, and income performance to meet or exceed group targets
Train, coach, and develop F&I Managers
Manage lender relationships and optimize lender programs
Consistent communication and reporting across all brands
Collaborate with General Managers and Sales Managers to improve deal structure and profitability
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of F&I experience with multi-rooftop or director-level experience preferred
Strong background in luxury brand F&I (Audi or Mercedes-Benz experience highly preferred)
Proven track record of high PVR and product penetration
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
