Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion
- Provide hands-on diagnostic and repair support to technicians as needed
- Mentor, train, and develop entry-level and mid-level technicians
- Assist in dispatching work and prioritizing jobs for maximum productivity
- Ensure all repairs meet Toyota and dealership quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment
- Collaborate with service advisors and management to communicate repair status and needs
- Stay up to date with Toyota systems, tools, and technical bulletins
- Proven experience as an automotive technician (Toyota experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Passion for mentoring and developing technicians
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
