Nightingale Rooftop Restaurant and Bar is seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team!
As a Host, you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience - welcoming them with genuine hospitality, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient seating flow throughout service.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using our guest management system
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and minimize wait times
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth transitions between tables
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and general inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Assist with guest requests and ensure each party leaves with a memorable impression
- Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness for each shift
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A welcoming, guest-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and consistency
- Prior experience in a host or front-of-house role preferred
