Automotive Sales Consultant

Many of our current Team Members came to us from different industries and backgrounds and have gone on to thrive on our Team!

This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. $42-$100k /year (commission based). The compensation is comprised of a 36k annual Base Draw and incentives for our key metrics of Guest Service, units sold, and gross profit. There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!

The position works a 5-day work week, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday.

This Position Requires

• Consistently providing high levels of Guest/Customer service.
• Selling and delivering vehicles with excitement!
• Following up with all incoming Guests, within our company expectations.
• Assisting Guests in choosing a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers.
• Following up with all Guests that purchased a vehicle to enhance their experience and encourage referrals.
• Ensuring our sales processes are followed consistently.
• Bringing a positive attitude and top-notch abilities each day.
