Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory and order parts and materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor shop productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in body shop management or a similar role in the automotive repair industry.
