Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to support land management and development projects.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Support the team in managing transactions from initiation to completion.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant sales position or real estate position
• A keen interest in land brokerage, development, agriculture, real estate, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive positive mental outlook and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, and a personal work ethic to succeed.
• A passion for the outdoors, agriculture, the natural environment, outdoor recreation will serve the candidate well.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Land Advisor positions are classified as an Independent Contractor and are fully commission based.
• All expenses for Land Advisors beginning in the Associate level are paid by the company. This includes all licensing fees, insurance, website, and a myriad of marketing expenses.
