Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support financial reporting and accounting activities across Central and South America, while also assisting the North America finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong financial reporting experience, international exposure, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a global organization.
This position will primarily focus on financial reporting responsibilities for Central and South America (approximately 80% of the role), with additional support provided to North America operations. Spanish speaking ability is preferred due to regular interaction with international teams.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting for Central and South America operations
- Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Support consolidated reporting and compliance with company accounting policies
- Partner with international finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Assist with variance analysis, forecasting support, and financial analytics
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Collaborate with the North America accounting and finance teams on reporting initiatives
- Maintain and improve financial reporting processes and controls
- Assist with ERP and reporting system initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting and/or financial reporting experience
- Strong financial reporting and general ledger accounting background
- QuickBooks experience required
- SAP experience highly preferred
- Spanish speaking ability preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
