Objetivo del rol:

Definir la estrategia de modelado, liderando el equipo de científicos de datos encargado de crear y administrar los modelos.

Generar riqueza desde los datos que son el activo más valioso del negocio, explotando esa ventaja frente a los competidores directos.

Generar los insights para explotar nuevas oportunidades.

Maximizar los beneficios en cada situación tomando mejores decisiones basadas en datos utilizando metodologías complejas.

Experiencia y Formación Académica

· Experiencia sólida en desarrollo y monitoreo de modelos predictivos, especialmente credit scoring.

· Experiencia en el desarrollo de dashboards analíticos

· Experiencia en el trabajo descentralizado y metodologías agiles.

· Nivel educativo: Universitario orientado en Finanzas, ingenierías afines y/o Cs. Económicas. Maestrías orientadas a datos y/o nuevas tecnologías.

Responsabilidades

· Liderar eficientemente el equipo de Data Scientist

· Mantenerse actualizado en cada cambio de política y contexto para adaptar la usabilidad de los modelos al contexto real del negocio.

· Mantenerse al corriente de toda la información disponible, cada cambio en la generación de los datos y su utilización para una correcta utilización de la información disponible.

· Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia analítica, así como la estructura de dashboards necesarios para evaluar la gestión de Analytics.

· Definir, gestionar e implementar el proceso mensual de datos para modelar

· Asistir y capacitar a los nuevos talentos que se sumen al equipo de Data Scientist

· Entrenar, testear, recalibrar y deployar los modelos requeridos por la vertical de lending

· Coordinar junto al equipo de Data, la disponibilidad de la información.

· Coordinar el desarrollo de los Data Request y ETL

· Mantener todos los modelos productivos calibrados
